A day at the beach.

Payton and I spent a few hours at Sandy Beach this morning. He played with (mostly threw) sand for a bit, then headed for the water. He kept running in, then would run right back out! He was fascinated with the seaweed.

So frustrating!

Payton wanted to wear Erik's boots, so I hoisted him in them. He quickly realized they were too big and too heavy to walk in and got mad! Someday they'll fit...for now, we'll stick with our Riley Roos.

New swimsuit.

I found a baby wetsuit at our local consignment shop and thought it'd be a nice thing to have since it keeps baby warm in the pool! I don't think Payton was too thrilled to be wearing it.


Playing in the sprinkler. He liked it until the warm water ran out...


70 degrees today (YES!) and snow on the mountains. Only in Alaska.
